Kubikoland — Terms of Use

You are responsible for your account and password. Give a true date of birth: it decides which features you can use (live chat is for 13 and older). One person, one account.

• No insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content.
• Do not share personal information — phone numbers, addresses, social media accounts, links, photos — and do not ask others for theirs or to meet in person.
• No spam, cheating, exploiting bugs, or pretending to be someone else.

Chat is filtered automatically. You can report any message or block any player by tapping their message. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. Breaking these rules leads to a chat mute or a permanent account block, without warning and without a refund.

• Crystals (💎) are a virtual in-game currency. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Crystal packs are sold through the App Store and paid to Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; if a purchase is refunded, its crystals are removed.
• Items bought with crystals are a licence to use them in the game, not property. Some items (eggs, gift boxes) give a random result; the chance of each result is shown before you buy.
• If you are under 18, get a parent's permission before buying.

We may add, change or remove features, items and prices, or pause the service for maintenance. We try to keep what you have bought working.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other players write or do. Georgian law applies.
