Common questions
- A purchase did not arrive. Reopen the game while online: crystals from an unfinished purchase are credited when the game starts. If they still are not there, write to us with the date of the purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Someone is rude in chat. Tap their message to report or block them. Live chat is only for players aged 13 and older.
- Delete my account. In the app: Settings → Delete account.
